Terms of Service
1. Operator
quantmumleaptefch.com is operated by quantmumleaptefch.com, a private entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 70109352, Suite 7, 14 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Contact: contact@quantmumleaptefch.com, +380 632 527 7271. This identification is provided under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII.
2. Services and booking
Personal training and fitness coaching, online and in Kyiv, is delivered by qualified trainers. Before you book or pay we give the pre-contract information required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection': identity, service characteristics, price, payment, cancellation and refund terms, and complaint procedure. A booking is confirmed after payment and our written confirmation. Prices are in UAH.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Reschedule or cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the session; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Unused sessions in prepaid packages are refundable, less any discount received. Your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' are not limited.
4. Health, results and advertising
Coaching is not medical care: we do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a doctor before training. Information on this site is commercial advertising under the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection': it is accurate, not misleading, and no result is guaranteed.
5. Conduct and liability
You agree to give accurate health information, follow trainer instructions and behave respectfully. We are liable for direct losses caused by our breach of these terms or the law, and not for indirect losses or for results depending on your own effort or health.
6. Personal data
We act as controller under Law of Ukraine No. 3999-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'; see our Privacy Policy for purposes, bases, retention and your rights.
7. Complaints and governing law
Complaints: contact@quantmumleaptefch.com or +380 632 527 7271; we reply within 10 business days. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Nothing limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
