Cancellation & Refund Policy
These terms explain how session packs for personal training and fitness coaching may be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. They apply to consumers in Ukraine and do not limit your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX ‘On Consumer Protection’.

The service is provided by quantmumleaptefch.com, a private entrepreneur (PE) registered at Suite 7, 14 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, EDRPOU registration code 70109352. Pre-contract information
Before you book or pay, we provide the scope and format of the sessions, the total price, payment method, cancellation and refund terms, and the complaint procedure, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX ‘On Consumer Protection’.
Cancelling a session
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session free of charge at least 24 hours before the start time by email or phone. Later cancellations and missed sessions may be deducted from the pack without refund, unless a statutory right applies or the reason is exceptional.
Refunds of session packs
You may withdraw from a contract before the first session begins and receive a full refund. After the pack has started, we refund the unused, non-delivered sessions within 14 calendar days of an approved request, to the same payment method. Services already provided are not refunded.
Our cancellations and prices
If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you receive a full refund or a credit, at your choice. Prices, payment methods and any fees are shown at checkout before payment; no undisclosed charges apply.
Advertising and results
Training results depend on individual effort and are not guaranteed. We do not claim that coaching diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease (Law of Ukraine ‘On Advertising’ No. 270/96-VR; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX).
Complaints
Send complaints to contact@quantmumleaptefch.com or call +380 632 527 7271. We reply within 10 business days. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.
